RESISTANT WEATHER PROOF FLOODLIGHT
RANGE
VelaŽ is a weather proof and non corrosive floodlight which can
accommodate 70W HPS, 70W/150W HQI, 80W MBF, and FLC 2X26 lamps. It
may come with both symmetric or asymmetric reflector.
APPLICATIONS
VelaŽ is suitable for medium and large areas where there is need for
a long period or round the clock floodlighting such as: petrolium
platforms, large car parks, building sites, sport fields, exhibition
halls, general storage and stations. Vela is highly recommended for
sites near the sea.
CONSTRUCTION
Made of injection moulded high quality impact and heat resistant
self black coloured polycarbonate. The lamp and control gear
compartments are thermally separated. The reflector is made of high
purity anodized aluminium in order to maximize light output, and a
silicon gasket provides an IP 65 ingress protection. All external
screws are made of stainless steel.
ELECTRICAL
The control gear box is provided with a cable gland and a 2-way
terminal block. High temperature silicon insulated conductors are
used throughout.
MECHANICAL
Mounting is via a heavy gauge steel bracket with an incorporated
aiming device.
